Andersen initiated cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development under a PPP project

We are pleased to inform you that Andersen (former: KSP) in consortium with ECM Group Polska S.A. signed an agreement with the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development for consultancy in the process of preparation and implementation of a public-private partnership agreement for Construction of a Health Resort Centre in Konstancin, intended to select the private partner. The value of capital expenditure for the project is approx. PLN 100 million.

Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR) – a new tax practice at Andersen

The obligation of mandatory disclosure of tax schemes (MDR) took effect on 1 January 2019. Given the vague understanding of the regulations and the possibility for many transactions and activities performed by taxpayers being classified as tax schemes, to minimize the risk, entrepreneurs should take into account the regulations while planning their future transactions which may give rise to reporting obligations.

Andersen Global announces presence in Katowice

KSP Legal & Tax Advice (T.Srokosz i Wspólnicy Sp.k.), a leading law firm based in Katowice, Poland, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Andersen Global, an international association of tax and legal firms. Andersen Global’s expanded presence in Poland furthers its ability to provide seamless service throughout Europe through its member firms and collaborating firms.

Mark Vorsatz – Andersen Global Chairman visits Poland

Poland is a strategic location in Europe for Andersen Global. To give the importance of the development in this region a visit of Andersen Global’s executives took place in November 2018. We hosted Mark Vorsatz – Andersen Global Chairman and Andersen Tax LLC CEO (San Francisco), Paolo Mondia – Regional Managing Director for Europe (Lugano), Co-Chair of the European Board of Directors and Karoly Radnai – Office Managing Partner from Orientax (Budapest) – Hungarian tax advisory firm collaborating with Andersen Global.
