Andersen in Poland comprehensively advised Zugil S.A. with its registered office in Wieluń on the transaction for the acquisition of 100% of shares in Mostostal Chojnice sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Chojnice. The value of the transaction was approximately 40 million PLN.
