Legal advisor/advocate (Katowice)
PLACE OF WORK: KATOWICE
Competence-related expectations:
- at least 4 years of experience providing services in the area of employment and social security law as well as labour disputes, including litigations
- experience preparing contracts for various forms of employment, drafting regulations/bylaws and procedures to be adopted by employers, negotiations with staff (collective disputes), assistance in employment of foreigners and posting workers abroad, audits of employment law documentation, issues relating to personal data protection
- very good command of legal English
- communication skills, ability to think analytically and logically
- ease in establishing and building relations with clients and good teamwork
