The National e-Invoice System – preparation for deployment and e-invoice schema

There is less than one year left to prepare for and deploy KSeF in companies. The deployment of the system needs to be prepared with care and diligence.

All taxpayers will be obliged to use the central KSeF platform to issue and receive VAT invoices. In practice this denotes the need to adapt both the organization and technology accordingly.

We would like to invite you to a meeting during which we will share with you our experience of system deployments and identify the steps to be taken to accurately deploy KSeF, as well as draw your attention to important aspects and requirements to be met by KSeF software.. We will also discuss in detail the e-invoice schema.

The meeting is dedicated to company owners, financial directors, chief accountants and employees of accounting, tax and controlling departments.

4. Deployment stages – step by step.

III. What functionalities should be offered by KSEF software?

Part II

1. Structured invoice- definition.
2. Structured invoice schema – each box analyzed.

III. Other types of invoices in KSeF (correction invoice, prepayment invoices, clearance invoices)

1. Analysis of the official confirmation of receipt (UPO)
2. Payments in KSeF, including split payment.
