Planned changes to PIT and the employment law – tax law breakfast
Dear Sir or Madam,
We are pleased to invite you to attend a tax law breakfast dedicated to planned changes to PIT and the employment law
- Date: 14 June 2022 (Tuesday)
- Time: 09:30 – 11:30 (9:00 – registration)
- Address: Dom Handlowy MYSIA³, ul. Mysia 3, 00-496 Warszawa
Currently, the Polish Parliament is working on an amendment to the Polish Deal. It is planned to take effect on 1 July this year. This unusual date is an effect of the chaos connected with, among other things, the middle-class relief which has been in force since the start of the year. The amendment is to improve the situation – the relief will no longer apply, the lowest tax rate will be 12% instead of 17%, the health contribution will be made deductible for some entrepreneurs.
Additionally, changes to the employment law are upcoming. Regulations governing work from home or alcohol tests for employees may appear, and so may regulation on work-life balance and transparency of working conditions resulting from the EU Directives. It seems that the work on protection of whistleblowers is about to be finished.
The above issues will be presented to you, this time in person and not online, during the breakfast to be held on 14 June between 09:30 and 11:30.
Speakers: Katarzyna Komulainen (Partner, Advocate) and Marek Gadacz (Director, Tax Adviser).
Attendance is free after prior sign-up. Please register at patrycja.kusnierek@pl.Andersen.com by entering the name and surname, the name of the company you represent and your direct contact number.
