The Ministry of Finance published an ordinance on the directions of operation and development of the National Fiscal Administration for 2025-2028.
The document is an internal law for units of the National Fiscal Administration, and sets out the tax authorities’ objectives for the coming years. Interestingly, the Ordinance also identifies the benchmarks to be taken into account to measure the achievement of these objectives (the efficiency of the tax authorities).
During the webinar, we will discuss activities that may be undertaken by the National Fiscal Administration in the coming years, and present our assessment of how the document may affect taxpayers.
