In January 2024, the Minister of Finance, at a special press briefing, announced that the mandatory E-Invoice System would not go into effect in 2024 (albeit there have been no legislative changes confirming the postponement to date!).
Despite this announcement, there is still a lot going on in the aspect of KSeF! All KSeF-related consultation meetings have already been held, and the new Q&As published by the Ministry of Finance have been closed.
We would therefore like to invite you to a webinar during which we will discuss the latest news on KSeF!
During the meeting, we will discuss, among other things:
- The latest news regarding KSeF implementation.
- We will summarize each consultation meeting, in particular:
- KSeF security and efficiency,
- Payment identifiers,
- Consumer invoices,
- Sectoral meetings (for the sectors of fuel, factoring, utility providers)
