WEBINAR | What’s new in HR? Mobbing and other inappropriate workplace behaviours | 28.09.2021
You are welcome to attend the next free webinar of the “What’s new in HR?” series, entitled: Mobbing and other inappropriate workplace behaviours | 28.09.2021
Statistics shows that mobbing is quite common in many workplaces, although not many victims decide to lodge complaints against their employers (usually after termination of employment). However, increasing legal awareness among employees may inspire others to file suits in future. According to the currently applicable regulations, it is the employer that is liable for counteracting mobbing, which means that each employer should take the appropriate measures to ensure that the workplace is free of mobbing.
The webinar will be held on 28 September 2021 at 10.00 and will be hosted by Paweł Grzembka – Senior Associate, who is going to answer the following questions:
- What is mobbing and what can it consist of?
- Can each situation unpleasant for the employee be classified as mobbing?
- How can the employer counteract mobbing?
- Is the employer always liable for mobbing in the workplace?
- What is discrimination?
- What demands can a mobbed or discriminated employee put forward?
If you are responsible for the HR development in your company, you work for the personnel and payroll department, or you are a manager or an owner of a company, you are welcome to attend.
Date: 28 September 2021, Tuesday
