Szymon Balcerzak

Szymon has extensive experience in conducting transactional projects including advising at all stages of these processes. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Warsaw in Management and Łazarski University in law.
- He advises on transactional projects at all stages from preparing transaction concepts, drafting investment documents, searching for and selection of investors, negotiations, advising on transaction documentation, to coordinating due diligence work and closing transactions.
- He has led transactional projects for, among others, companies in the technology sector (including sales of IT services companies, data centers, digital / advertising agencies and venture capital companies), real estate (including financing and sales of commercial real estate, residential production assets), renewable energy (including Investment of foreign investment funds, sales / acquisitions of PV and wind projects, financial modeling, advising on the organization of investment platforms / structures), as well as other companies from other sectors of the economy.
- He organized and hosted investor meetings at the London Stock Exchange, where Polish technology companies presented their businesses to foreign investors.
- He has extensive experience in structuring and valuing transaction in international capital groups. The team he leads in 2017 was nominated for the title of Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year in Poland given by the prestigious International Tax Review magazine.
