Report on the New Year’s meeting of the BCC Lodge of Katowice, 25 January 2023
The New Year’s meeting of the Business Centre Club Lodge of Katowice was held on 25 January 2023 as a BCC Lunch. During the meeting the participants discussed trends in business and perspectives for 2023.
Magdalena Patryas and Elżbieta Lis were special guests at the meeting. They discussed changes to be faced by entrepreneurs this year in the area of tax law and employment law.
The Partners focused on the amendment to the Labor Code and discussed the tax calendar for 2023. In the backstage we discussed changes in legislation which are of particular interest for entrepreneurs:
- Will the changes in law contribute to retaining talents or will they lead to increased costs for employers?
- Is it the end of surprises in the area of taxation or are more new obligations coming in 2023?
