Jarosław is a legal adviser and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. He also completed postgraduate studies in tax law at the University of Łódź.
Jarosław specializes in court, arbitration and administrative proceedings as well as Corporate Law, with a particular emphasis on representing public companies.
He has advised in many high profile disputes that have taken place in Poland over the last decade.
Many of the resulting awards set precedents that drew notable publicity and were very important to legal practice in general.
He has successfully represented a leading energy company before state authorities and administrative courts in proceedings regarding the highest single administrative pecuniary penalty ever imposed on a corporate entity in Poland. The penalty was finally recovered from the state authorities. Further proceedings regarding statutory interest are pending.
Jarosław has also represented an international telecommunications operator in over a dozen various litigation matters in a dispute concerning shares in a leading Polish telecoms provider, including proceedings before the Supreme Court.
He has extensive experience in corporate law, with particularly in-depth knowhow in representing publicly listed companies as well as advising in administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
He has received prestigious recommendations as a leading practitioner in the field of Dispute Resolution by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and PLC Which Lawyer.
