Andersen advised on the acquisition of the company’s shares for almost 40 million PLN
Another success to the credit of our team. Andersen in Poland comprehensively advised Zugil S.A. with its registered office in Wieluń on the transaction for the acquisition of 100% of shares in Mostostal Chojnice sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Chojnice. The value of the transaction was approximately 40 million PLN.
The advisory services of our specialists included:
- conducting legal and tax due diligence of the company (target),
- preparation and verification of transaction documentation,
- participation in negotiations of transaction terms and conditions,
- ongoing transactional advisory,
- client support during the signing of transaction documentation.
