Andersen provided legal and tax advisory to the shareholders of Ponzio Polska in the transaction for the sale of Ponzio Polska shares to Laumann Beteiligungs GmbH
Andersen and Michał Pomorski advised the shareholders of Ponzio Polska Sp. z o.o. on the signing of a preliminary share purchase agreement for the sale of Ponzio Polska shares to Laumann Beteiligungs GmbH.
From the side of Andersen, the transaction was led by Bartłomiej Wietrzychowski, Senior Associate, under the supervision of Marcin Matyka, the managing partner of Andersen in Poland. Tax advisory services were provided by Konrad Kleszczewski, Director and Rafał Ciołek, a partner in the tax department.
