Tenders in municipal waste management – requirements for companies, cost optimization, estimation of contract value.
We would like to invite you to a seminar arranged by Hallmark Events, during which our experts (among others), including Dawid Mielcarski, an advocate, and Patrycja Figas, a legal counsel, who provide services and advice in respect of tender procedures, will draw your attention to some important aspects of preparation of ToR (and agreements) from the perspective of contracting parties and contractors.
The main issues to be discussed include:
- How to estimate the value of the contract?
- What factors affect the costs of the system – can it be cheaper?
- What issues are essential when preparing the ToR?
- Non-occupied real property in the process of contract award.
- Methods for securing performance of a contract and claims.
- Obligatory adjustment clauses.
- The mechanism of tonnage settlement in contracts.
The seminar is interactive, there will be time for discussion and questions, and after the seminar there will be time for individual consultations for those interested.
