We are pleased to invite you to a free webinar dedicated to the latest changes to the Labour Code – the Parental Leave Directive and the Work-Life Balance Directive.

After months of effort, the legislative process intended to amend the Labour Code is finished. The amendment was published in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland on 4 April 4 2023. It implements two EU directives to the Polish law: the directive on transparent working conditions and the work-life-balance directive. The new rules will take effect on 26 April, so now is the good time to consider their practical aspects and take steps to implement the new regulations.
The following topics are planned to be discussed during the webinar:
- New rights and obligations for employees and employers,
- Changes to the wording of employment contracts,
- Changes concerning the work time and parental leaves,
- New regulations on flexible working arrangements and employee protection.
