Konrad Kleszczewski
Director
Konrad has many years of experience in tax and legal consulting. Prior to joining Andersen, he worked with BIG4 international consulting firms and law firms. He specializes primarily in corporate income tax, international taxes, transfer pricing, M&A transactions, commercial law and criminal law.
- Konrad is an attorney at the Warsaw Bar Association and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2019, he received a doctoral degree in financial law (his dissertation dealt with the topic of transfer pricing as an instrument of international tax optimization in the European Union). In 2023, he graduated with honors from the prestigious University of San Francisco in California, where he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
- He has extensive experience in planning, carrying out and supervising, from the legal and tax aspects, complex reorganization and restructuring processes of businesses, including using local and international solutions. He also has experience in conducting tax and legal reviews (both general and directed at identifying specific issues) for clients in various industry and service sectors, particularly real estate, finance, automotive, logistics, IT, infrastructure and new technologies.
- His interdisciplinary approach and work at the intersection of tax, law and economics allows him to take an innovative and comprehensive approach to clients’ current problems, as well as to create and implement solutions that address their business needs.
- He is the winner of many legal and tax rankings, the author of numerous publications in the field of tax law and commercial law, and a lecturer at universities.
