Deadline for preparation of TP documentation
In July 2020, as part of the Crisis Shield 4.0, the reporting deadlines for transfer pricing documentation were extended to enable entrepreneurs to comply with the transfer pricing obligations and to adjust the obligations to changed deadlines for preparation of financial reports.
According to the amended law, the new deadline for submission of the transfer pricing information and the statement on preparation of a local file is 31 December 2020 for those entities whose tax year overlaps with the calendar year.
