The Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and Andersen in Poland would like to invite 4th and 5th year students to a lecture and workshop to be held on 5 June at 1:00-4:30 p.m. in room 3.52 of the Faculty Building.

Case study: Preparation of a complaint to the Province Administrative Court (WSA)
During the meeting, our tax law experts, Dr Piotr Bulawa and Tomasz Wichary, will present the topic of tax proceedings and administrative court proceedings from the perspective of a tax representative.
The agenda includes, without limitation:

✔ Proceedings before tax authorities – what and when?
✔ Proceedings before an administrative court – what and when?
✔ The role of a representative in tax-related proceedings – purpose and direction of activity
✔ Facts and deadlines – their types and significance
✔ Arguments of a representative – between the truth and belief
✔ Complaint – how to include it all in a single sentence?
During the second part of the lecture, the lecturers, together with participants, will prepare a draft complaint to the Province Administrative Court.
