Andersen advised on a greenfield project
Andersen Law Firm provided advice to an international capital group offering comprehensive technological solutions in the area of production, supply and retail sale of electronic products with respect to a greenfield project in Poland.
Andersen’s consultancy included, without limitation, tax advice regarding acquisition of a Polish special purpose vehicle, an increase of share capital in the special purpose vehicle, negotiations of property lease regarding real property located in Bydgoszcz, drafting and negotiation of an agreement for purchase of an organized part of business, employee transfer and tax advice on SPV registration for the purpose of the excise duty and VAT.
