HR Breakfast this Spring: AI in employment and challenges faced by HR departments in 2025 | 26 March 2025 | Katowice
We would like to invite you to another HR Business Breakfast. As always, we will discuss the major legal issues that employers, HR experts, managers, corporate lawyers and corporate compliance officers currently face on a daily basis.
2025 will see further challenges in the area of employment. These include the implementation of the pay transparency directive, changes to the legislation governing the employment of foreigners, anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing measures, a change to the definition of employment relationship or the rules for working in conditions involving high temperatures. We would like to discuss these changes with you, and talk about artificial intelligence in HR, recent court rulings affecting the labor law practice in companies, and the inspection plans of the Polish Labor Inspectorate for 2025-2027.
The HR Business Breakfast this Spring will be held on 26 March 2025 at Mercure Hotel in Katowice, 6 Młyńska Street (next to Galeria Katowicka).
