TRAINING ON-SITE | December 18, 2025 | 09:30 a.m. KSeF in practice – how to prepare your organization for mandatory e-invoicing?

Dear Sir or Madam,

The polish national e-Invoicing System (“KSeF”) will be mandatory for all businesses in Poland from February 1, 2026. Therefore, we invite you to a training course that will comprehensively prepare you for the implementation of the system. During the meeting, we will combine theory with practical workshops so that each participant can better understand the process of issuing and receiving e-invoices and prepare to work in the KSeF environment. Each training participant can send us up to 2 questions or descriptions of their own case studies related to KSeF. Selected topics will be discussed during the training, during the practical part and the Q&A session.

Training program

I. Registration and introduction (9:30–10:00)

  • Welcoming participants and presenting the agenda.
  • Brief introduction to the training topics.

II. General part – theory (10:00–11:30)

  • KSeF implementation schedule – when e-invoices will become mandatory and what are the transition deadlines.
  • Polish and European regulations (DRS, EUDR) – directions of change in electronic reporting.
  • Legal basis of KSeF, subjective and objective scope – who is subject to the e-invoicing obligation.
  • Definition of e-invoice and FA(3) scheme – differences between traditional and structured invoices.
  • Authorizations and access management in KSeF.
  • Tokens, certificates, and authentication methods – system security rules.
  • Document circulation and integration – theory of issuing and receiving e-invoices, links to accompanying documents.
  • Implementation of KSeF in tax and business processes – automation, JPK, and e-books.
  • Risks and common mistakes in practice.
  • Question and answer session.

Coffee break: 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

III. Practical part – workshops (12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.)

  • Working with the Ministry of Finance’s test modules – logging in, authorization, MCU certificates.
  • Demonstration of issuing a sales invoice in KSeF and assigning a system number.
  • Demonstration of receiving a purchase e-invoice and downloading an XML file.
  • Discussion of errors and technical pitfalls in the process of issuing and receiving invoices.
  • Conclusions from the theoretical and practical parts – how to implement KSeF in an organization.
  • Overview of free tools and materials from the Ministry of Finance.
  • Q&A session with experts.
