Paweł Żelich has been advising Polish and foreign investors, particularly from the DACH region, on projects in Poland and abroad for 25 years.
Before joining Andersen Legal, he worked at various renowned law firms including for over 14 years at the Warsaw office of a leading German law firm.
- Paweł Zelich specializes in legal advisory in M&A as well as advice on real estate transactions (including industrial, logistics, office, retail, and residential projects) and construction projects. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice on asset deals, share deals, forward deals, sale and leaseback transactions, construction projects under FIDIC contract terms, infrastructure projects, and greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Paweł Zelich represents his clients in court disputes, arbitration and administrative proceedings, as well as in administrative court proceedings, with a particular focus on disputes concerning real estate transactions, construction projects, and foreign investments.
- He supports companies in regulatory matters, with a particular focus on environmental law and projects in the energy sector, especially upstream.
- Due to his many years of advising international companies, he is an expert in structuring foreign investments in Poland, including state aid, as well as international trade agreements, including sanction issues.
