European Employment Insights | September 2024
As of January 1, 2025, the minimum wage in Poland will increase to PLN 4,666 (approx. EUR 1,090), with the minimum hourly rate rising to PLN 30.50 (approx. EUR 7.12). This adjustment is slightly higher than initially anticipated. While the Council of Ministers had previously forecast a minimum wage of PLN 4,626 for 2025, an upward revision of the inflation forecast in the budget necessitated an additional increase.
