Andersen in Poland advised Delpharm on the purchase of a drug factory from GSK in Poznań
Andersen’s Warsaw office was a Polish legal and tax advisor Delpharm on the purchase from GSK of a factory in Poznań. It is the first production plant of Delpharm in the CEE region. As part of the transaction, the ownership of the plant was transferred along with the entire infrastructure and staff of approx. 700 workers. Andersen worked closely with Berrylaw from France and with Lewis Silkin from UK on this transaction.
The Polish aspects of the transaction were led by Marcin Matyka (Managing Partner – Advocate, Tax Advisor), Monika Poteraj (Partner – Tax Advisor), Leszek Rydzewski (Partner – Advocate) and Aneta Górecka (Senior Associate).
