- Advises buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including participation in negotiations and preparation of transaction documentation.
- Has experience in ongoing legal services for business entities, including sectors such as automotive, metal industry, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, infrastructure, fintech, insurance distribution, and publicly listed companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
- Represents clients before common courts, arbitration courts, administrative courts, and public administration authorities.
- Attorney-at-law. Member of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice.
- Graduate of the Postgraduate Studies in “Corporate Academy” at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
