Consulting services to employers
We provide services in the area of tax consequences of hiring staff, personal income tax, social and health insurance and in matters relating to residence and work permits for foreigners. We assist clients in creation and development of remuneration systems and employee benefit schemes as well as bonus and commission schemes. Our services include:
- advising on creation of remuneration structures for employees (including remuneration to managers and members of supervisory boards) and foreigners working in Poland;
- representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Social Insurance Institution and tax authorities (fiscal authorities and chambers, the Ministry of Finance),
- preparing applications to the Social Insurance Institution (Polish: ZUS) for a written ruling on the extent and manner of applying the social security regulations,
- providing advice on immigration procedures – residence and work permits,
- consultancy regarding international transfers in the context of the social and health insurance law,
- coordination of tax settlements in home and host countries,
- preparing long-term incentive schemes for employees,
- consultation in the area of social benefits and benefits in kind,
- training and workshops on tax and employment law.
