Training and workshops
We deliver training to personnel responsible for personal data protection in companies. Our training is tailor-made to meet the client’s needs. During the training we discuss the following issues:
- the scope of application of the GDPR and its significance in the organisation,

- the rights of data subjects, i.e. what the personal data controllers will have to face,
- essential obligations of the personal data controller, i.e. obligations of the management board, HR, IT and employees in other departments who process personal data on a daily basis,
- contracting personal data processing,
- personal data transfer to third countries,
- international transfer of personal data,
- notifications of breaches, i.e. incidents involving personal data breaches,
- administrative and judicial control of personal data processing,
- cybersecurity and information security in the organisation.
